Worcestershire Cricket Board (WCB) are responsible for the development of recreational cricket in the County.
Last year 10,000 school children enjoyed WCB community coaching sessions.
More than 10% of the population in the county are actively involved in WCB activities.
Hundreds of Worcestershire boys and girls represented the County in National competitions
A regular flow of WCB players are selected for the Academy squad and many have become full time professional Worcestershire cricketers.
