Tom Hill - Cricket Development Manager
Tom looks after the core team management and his main areas include strategic and financial planning. Tom also looks after club development planning and assists clubs with funding and facilities grants.

Caroline Busby - Administrative Executive
Caroline looks after the majority of administration of the WCB, co-ordinating course bookings and communicating with key contacts at our clubs. Caroline's main responsibilities include accountancy and administration of affiliation packages.

Jonathan Pearce - Club and School Cricket Development Officer
Jonathan co-ordinates the delivery of the Cricket Foundations Chance to Shine programme as well as linking in with the local clubs through the District Development groups. Jonathan also leads on Clubmark, Natwest Cricket Force and volunteering programmes.

Gavin Haynes - Performance Development Officer
Gavin brings 8 years of professional playing experience with WCCC to his work within the player pathway. As a Level 4 coach Gavin co-ordinates the work within the District and County age group programmes as well as the Emerging Player Programme.

Lynne Newell - Women's & Girl's Development Officer
Lynne works extremely hard to look after participation for women and girl's. Lynne co-ordinates club and school competitions and provides as many opportunities for women and girl's to take up and continue developing their cricket.

Dave Collins - Coach Education Manager
Dave co-ordinates a team of tutors planning and preparing for the necessary coaching courses we provide for all of our affiliated clubs. Dave also acts as the internal verifier and field based trainer which means he is responsible for upskilling the tutors.
