We are the management team for WCB. Together with our fellow officers and the Partners' Forum, representing the various WCB member bodies, we are totally committed to improving Worcestershire's recreational cricket. From 1st October, we are pleased to welcome to the team Lynne Newell, Women & Girls co-ordinator, Dave Collins, Coach Education Officer and Terry Birt, Cricket Programmes Officer who will be involved in arranging the myriad of fixtures for Junior Clubs Compeitions and County and District age group representative sides.

To complete the team, we now have a full time Administrative Executive in the office, Mrs Caroline Busby, also committed to serving all our Partners and anyone requiring information about "Cricket in Worcestershire".

Our hard working Community Coaches, continue to make strides to encorage more meaningful cricket in Worcestershire schools and to produce more young cricketers for Worcestershire clubs. They are :
